Authorities confirmed that the 82-year-old businessman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after his vehicle was involved in a two-car crash late Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred near the town of Yountville when Pelosi's 2021 Porsche was struck by another vehicle as he attempted to cross State Route 29. While both vehicles sustained significant damage, no major injuries were reported at the scene, though medical evaluations were conducted. Investigators determined that Pelosi had been operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
